Shocking customer service. Firstly the tap has been delivered late. Secondly, I have been harassed by the seller with multiple calls when applied for return. And lastly when the tap has been returned, seller delayed refund. When I asked politely for refund, seller sending rude messages. Dreadful experience. Avoid
