Good communication with seller, kept me up to date with delivery and times by email. Very thick smooth cotton although a tad on the cream side but perhaps will whiten up with washing. I ordered emperor because of shrinkage and there is a seam down one side with material added on. This won't show as it will be tucked in and it's very neatly done. Label doesn't mention thread count and I bought 1500.

This is my honest opinion. The products take a long time to arrive. They are shipped from India. They are quite well made although I had a problem with 2 sheets which were slightly incorrect sizing. Although the seller was happy to refund I couldn’t get a courier to send to India. The seller also gave me 2 different addresses for returning goods. One of which was misspelt . Also seller was very unhelpful with supplying a returns label so in the end I’ve kept the sheets which don’t fit our bed.
