I purchased a cute little lamp for a gift from this seller which unfortunately received a chip in the base during shipping. I offered to return the lamp for a refund as I could no longer give the lamp as gift. The seller was very apologetic and really went above and beyond by refunding my purchase price but encouraged me to keep the lamp with no need to send it back. What a wonderful person!!
