    I purchased this item with a BIN offer. The seller shipped from Canada to the US and then - nothing. The item was held up in customs for two weeks, but after some back and forth and some chasing up with the seller, it was delivered. The items arrived all together in a plastic bag, which in turn was placed inside a normal, cheap padded envelope with zero padding or restriction. All parts, dials, braceletrs were destroyed. His response "This is how I received them".
