Item had silk stretch on the bum area both sides. This damage wasn’t declared in the advertisement. When I reached out to the seller she was very responsive. I was however asked to send the item back prior to refund which doesn’t make sense as I paid for it without receiving it? I’ve returned it using the return label and awaiting refund as soon as she confirms receipt. Annoying as I need to purchase something else for an event and this could have been prevented if the damage was declared.

You actually mistook the stretch marks for the print. The pants are in mint condition and there is no stretch marks as you claim. I think you just changed your mind and you wanted an excuse. Silly me for not asking for a photograph. On the matter of issuing a refund, of course, I can not issue a refund until the pants are returned, you seem to be quite confused about how online retailing works. Sellers beware of selling to her. I have blocked her from further purchases from me!
