Outlet valve arrived safely! Thanks. The only criticism is that you used Fastway Couriers - I call them slow way couriers. First I got notification to say that the item had been collected. I then got notification that item had been delayed. I received no further tracking advice until yesterday when I was told that the item would be delived. It was not delivered yesterday, but arrived today. They must be amongst the worst courier service in Australia!

A Very Good Solution!
After a long a hard search for a replacement of an old cistern outlet valve, I tried this model when I was told that it should work. Lo and behold it did! Although I had to do some modifications on the push tabs to make it work by cutting one pair and permanently attaching them to another pair in order to finally insert the wider top pair to make it work. The first set took a little longer to figure out but the second one came easier of course. Best Kit, saved me big dollars!
Best reburbishment Kit ever, Saved me over a grand in replacing the perfectly good bowl/cistern I have. Highly adjustable if you need it to be, Easy to install. See pics for my 29 year old setup, its a Caroma with buttons towards the front. I never review products this thoroughly, but just had to with this item, its great!

should have changed it ages ago.
depending on your cistern you might need block the holes on top; I used a bit of plastic with blue tag, works fine
