I bought a RogerX from this seller, explaining in the order what I planned to do with the device.
The seller thereby had my money, yet Laurie contacted me to warn that the device might not do what I hoped. Laurie knew details about this esoteric device. After more consultation, Laurie suggested that what I had just paid for would not fill my needs. They cancelled the order for me on their own initiative. No need to beg.

I had great expectations for this receiver and it was very frustrating when it did not show up in my mail box, even as the Post Office marked it as "delivered". It was not, the seller was sympathetic to my loss, but couldn't do much more.
Well, a few days later a neighbor knocked at the door with the package that had been delivered wrongly to his address. Unfortunately it is a common mistake with mail deliveries here.
The product itself is great and works as it was advertised.
