Sadly this delicate crystal shattered in shipping - which was very quick. I was near immediately refunded (as in days) my full purchase price and shipping costs, no issues, no hassles, no hoops to jump through. While I was very sad at the broken item, these things happen (especially during holiday season) and refund process could not have been easier. I would definitely buy from again.
