The seller didn't contact me before shipping the items. No returns accepted. The filters are slightly bent, the packing still has a label saying, "Do not separate". I wish I read the negative reviews before buying. - *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseYou might want to use a tracking service when shipping small items because I was about to contact you since it should NOT take 8 days for something to ship from Florida to Illinois, I get that it's the holidays so it can take a long time BUT if you sent it via a tracking service even if the item was only $8 it would be cheaper to track it then for someone to say they didn't receive it because you don't have proof or if the USPS happen to lose the letter you won't know, just some feedback to you!
