I bought a screen, took it out of the box, installed it found it damaged sent a picture immediately to the seller.... Won't take responsibility for it and kept saying it's a cracked screen... Really a cracked screen... Duhhh! That's how I took it out of the box. Bought one from someone else. Won't recommend this seller you might buy a cracked screen and it'll be your fault ...

The screen obviously has a big crack from visual inspection.
However this screen was installed onto the laptop. NOT "That's how I took it out of the box"
