Seller policy states they will check the VIN number before shipping. They did not check the VIN number of my vehicle. Their item description is also inaccurate because it states that it will fit up to a 1996-2000 caravan. I personally have a 2000 caravan and the window they sent me does not fit and it actually is the size of a car window. I reached out to the seller and ask them if I can return. Seller will not pay for the return shipping and are requiring me to pay $113 to return to get refund

We will always verify fitment via the VIN if it's provided to us, in this case it was not. The listing was not wrong, it stated it was for a 113" wheelbase, you have a 119" wheelbase, which was NOT on the fitment chart. Also, our listing clearly stated it was a "buyer pays return shipping" listing, therefore, yes, we require the buyer to ship it back. We would absolutely provide a refund, once the part is returned to us. I'm sorry you overlooked the details of the listing prior to purchase.
