We all are humans and humans do mistakes it happened due to work load in courier company they mistakenly switched the parcel but we ask both buyer to send each other the parcel and they do and we also partial refund them 70GBP i don't know why they still left us negative feedback after giving them best customer service sometimes it hurts :(

The jacket is accurate as per picture there's no spelling mistake and it's not our fault instead of that we ask the customer that we send you free replacement because our customer is our priority we take care of our customer like a family this feels really bad that he/she left us negative feedback :(
