Item said "tested working" but it's defective. It turns on but is very erratic and doesn't work the way a Furby should work. It also has a weird smell or something that is causing allergies. Seller said no returns, which should've been a red flag to start. The seller's location was also listed as being in Texas, but the package was packaged and shipped from Missouri.
