I received the item well packaged & on time. Unfortunately, I discovered some damage, (I'm confident the seller was unaware of it). When I contacted the seller to tell him about the damage he replied within minutes, apologized & suggested I submit a return request & he reminded me they offered free returns. Seller sent me a prepaid shipping label & before I even printed the label the seller immediately issued a full refund. Pleasure to do business with & I'd definitely do business with again.
