The GPS arrived as expected and is in good condition, but it did not include the "All Europe" maps as advertised. Since that was why I chose this vendor I am quite disappointed. I'll keep it as I also have a longer term use for it, but wish it had include the maps. Seller communication below is average, but should be N/A as I am not in a position to receive the map card if they are able to send it to me for several weeks and have chosen to wait before contacting them.

    An HDD that runs cool and speedy, and into the future. An excellent buy.

    This drive is hooked up to a legacy XP machine with 2 GBs of RAM, with the kicker being that its running the beta version of Windows 10. Like all versions of Windows, 10 still requires a third-party application to do the initial partitioning and formatting (I used Aomei Partition Assistant 5.5). Having done that step, the drive was instantly recognized by Windows 10, and it was put into service as the principal backup mechanism for that laptop.

    Reliable, good value for price.

    New in package. Win 7 installed quickly. Reliable, quiet, good value for price paid. Fast enough drive for casual computing. You can also turn these drives into external HDD very easily and cheaply. Overall good buy if you need a replacement or a new drive.

    I would recommend the product but be aware of lacking in customer service

    My experience with this seller was frustrating. The item did not arrive within the time specified. When I called the seller, they told me it was my problem and to call the post office. Maybe he was correct in I should call the post office but I expected a better attitude.
