Seller claims short shipping time, not true. I ordered the jacket and sent seller a message asking about shipping and they responded I should cancel the order and the noted shipping time was entirely wrong (without giving me, at my request, a real date when jacket would arrive). I am unable to cancel the order per ebay, and I cannot get a refund as seller is not responding. I need a refund so I can purchase another jacket.
