Item arrived intact but the box was damaged due to not being shipped inside of another box. I would expect an item like this to ship inside of a box to protect the packaging.

Good thing this wasn't intended as a present. The box was all mangled and held together with tape. Fortunately all the parts were there and intact. I would ask to see a photo of the box before purchasing from this seller again.

Item was missing the precision dusting kit. Everything else seem to be okay - but I think seller sold me a return item as a new item (looked re-boxed, inside packaging torn, etc.).
I contacted seller to let them know the precision dusting kit was left out and they told me I could just return the whole thing. I choose to keep since I can purchase the attachment at a later date, but I won't be buying from this seller again.
