Raincoat was described as “brand new. “ It had multiple stains, with worn and discoloured patches where some stains had been scrubbed. Photos of just 2 of the many stains attached. Seller accepted a refund after I opened a case, then delayed processing the refund “in case I had sent back an empty bag or something of lesser value” . I believe all this tells you what you need to know if you are considering buying from this seller.

Condition of coat was never hidden with multiple photosbuyer requested return it was granted but then BUYER WANTED A FULL REFUND BEFORE ITEM WAS RETURNEDWhen I explained I would need to verify the item was returned in orginal condition & not another item buyer got aggressive & threated to "open a case"Refund delayed due to easter closures, refund given once item was recieved back. Buyer caught up on me not trusting her enough to refund her before sending item back as it shows in her feedback
