Experienced a 7 day customs delay in Memphis by the US Fish & Wildlife Dept (wanted to know about what wood is in the guitar) but the seller filled out the necessary forms immediately when he was asked to do so by FedEx and the guitar was released and on its way 12 hours later. Everything arrived in perfect condition. All items were exactly as shown and listed in eBay listing too. I would without hesitation highly recommend & buy from this seller again.
