Lovely product, perfect condition. Works very well on our porcelain and laminate floors. Not the sellers fault but delivery was slow by Yodel. Seemed to sit around a few days in different depots, then had a silly text from yodel claiming more info about my address needed before they could deliver, but when I used on line chat they had it perfectly correct. No apology or even acknowledgement they didn't need anything to complete the delivery or even that they were late.

    Omg amazing !

    As a professional cleaner I cant actually believe that I'm only just finding out about this product now ! It's effortless to use and pretty much next level. I bought it refurbished and saved a fortune. Its a must buy. Very easy to use and a brilliant product !

    Floor cleaner- does the job

    So far really good cleaning of floor. Effortlessly does the job. More harder ingrained areas still need a stronger clean by hand but generally works very well
