This is the worst seller in all my years of shopping with EBay. She was dishonest about a jacket by forgetting to mention that the sleeves and length of the jacket had been altered there were also two small moth holes that were not easily noticeable. She states she does not refund but had to for these reasons. She did not follow eBay’s instructions regarding the refund even though they had generated a reference number for my chat with them so it would be easy for her to understand what to do.
