I was order with hooks and the item comes with 'Velcro fasteners' so actually I payed for something that I didn't order and seller say that : - :"the photos are for illustration purposes only and to demonstrate the product, but the item may vary." I think that this is incorrect

I can see you only have 4 fb's and must be inexperienced with eBay; however, I do have to say a negative feedback is the lowest of lows...this is my livelihood and I pride myself on customer service.
