We ordered 2x sets of the 5pc wedding round cylinder plinths. The items arrived damaged, the bases were falling off, the paint was of a very poor quality, there were sharp edges & the welds in many places had failed.
We have tried contacting the seller on 3 occasions to resolve this but have received no reply. We have spent almost $360 and received items of such poor quality they are unusable. We are very disappointed with this sellers product and customer service.

I bought a grinder mill which was delivered on time but upon opening we found that the hopper had been damaged during packaging or in transit (see photos).
We reached out to seller forl a replacement hopper as the one provided can not be fitted in the hopper base but the seller didnot respond to all the multiple messages sent.
I will not recommend the seller due to the vad handling and zero regards for resolution of customer's complaints.
