I absolutely love this book. Sure there are places that lack information, but that's always the case. And the chapters are written by different authors so it gets a tiny bit repetitive about a couple things. Besides that, this book is awesome. I finally know what I've wanted to know for 6 years.
This is the review material for the CSCS so it has tons of great information. Easy to read and includes chapters on many pertinent topics.
