Bought the chair as a present, so I haven’t used it yet, but I feel obliged to leave some well deserved feedback for the first class customer service. I believed the package would be posted, but it turns out there was a facility in Perth where I could collect. Everything was arranged perfectly and I am stoked I have the gift before Christmas. I wish all service was this good but alas, I usually accept substandard efforts these days. Not from these guys. 100% recommend.
