I broke the original by placing it hot on a cold tile counter. Ouch! This arrived so quickly, very excellent shipping cost and well packaged to prevent breakage in transit. I was so happy and put the bowl and lid right back into service. And the lid is pristine; not like my well-used and scratched up bowl!
