This seller had prompt shipping, however the item arrived broken but not at the fault of the seller as the item was fully in tact as shown in the photographs. The item was completely wrapped in bubble wrap and secured in a box, the breakage happened during shipping. I informed the seller of what happened and even without asking for a refund the seller issued one and apologized. I would still recommend this seller, polite and good communication!
