THE RING IS STUNNING HOWEVER HAS TURNED COLOR SO IS DEFINATELY NOT WHITE GOLD Other than that, seller was a great communicater, fast postage.

Hi, I’m sorry to hear there has been a colour change in the ring! It is definitely 14k white gold plated as advertised, purchased from a reputable seller.
If you could kindly message me, we can get to the bottom of this. Unfortunately white gold can change colour for many reasons, as it’s originally gold coloured & obviously much finer being plated than solid, I would love to speak with you further & we can work out what has happened & then I can advise of a solution. Thank you!
