Item was as described, in good condition and very well packaged for shipment. Seller answered any questions. Will finish the restoration of replacing the remaining old capacitors. Only negative was cost to ship was as much as the item, so advise EBay to look into reduced shipping costs, especially for needing 7 days to arrive within Continental US.
