I adore most Becca products however this foundation was quite the mess! It was actually the complete opposite of what it claimed to be. Instead of being "dewy" it was super drying! Instead of buildable coverage, it was flat and impossible to add to! The color range is like 5-6 shades. None of which match anything or anyone! The exterior of the bottle looks great until you try and open the bottle in which case there Is foundation dripping everywhere. The dropper is a mess but makes a bigger mess when trying to apply the product. Sorry Becca, get rid of this awful sloppy water like mess. I'm sure that your makeup team and chemists can concoct a really fine product that does what this foundation claims to do! Better luck with your new product that I will be on the lookout for.........

This foundation is absolutely beautiful. It smells amazing, blends amazing. The trick is to find what works with your skin type and preference in technique of application. This is a serum-like, "drop foundation" that is water-based. Therefore it will be a bit more runny. Apply it in dots all over the face, or with syringe itself, and blend with a wet makeup sponge, or blend with moist/wet foundation brush that is not dense, ie. Marc Jacobs The Face brush. Buff in quick circular motions, with a light hand. This way the product has no time to dry and cake in one spot, but is dispersed evenly, since it is a water-based foundation... which tends to look powdery if applied incorrectly. If your skin is dry/dehydrated already this foundation type will not moisturize your skin. It's best to apply a creamy primer, or just moisturize your skin. Proper skin-prep and tools are key. I have used some of the most expensive foundations on the market, but I find this lightweight one, which is a great value, to be excellent. It covers well and leaves a luminous, natural quality. I have pink undertones and use the Porcelain color, which is rare to find. Thanks, Becca!

I’ve used Becca Ever Matte for about 2 years now. I’ve tried MUF, Marc Jacobs, and Fenty. I always go back to Becca. ❤️
