This is a great final scene with some really excellent episodes including one that involved the actor who played Data in Star Trek Next Generation, Brent Spiner. He appeared as Dr. Arik Soong, an ancestor of Data's creator Dr. Noonien Soong, whom he also played, in a three-episode story arc of Star Trek: Enterprise: "Borderland," "Cold Station 12" and "The Augments." These were among the best episodes of Season 4. It was a pleasure to see Brent Spiner bring a glee to playing something like Data's evil brother Lor, but Soong as a scientist, still values human life and works with the crew of Enterprise to stop these creatures similar to Khan that Soong has helped bring to life plus train. It was a pleasure to see these episodes. There were many other episodes in Season 4 Enterprise that were about as entertaining, but for me, the Brent Spiner episodes brought back wonderful memories of Star Trek Next Generation, among the best sci fi tv series I've ever seen. Star Trek Enterprise Season 4 echoed those memories of Star Trek Next Generation, especially with the ones involving Brent Spiner who played Data in Star Trek Next Generation.Read full review

The ST:Enterprise Season Four DVD box set delivers exciting special effects, a great set of stories, and some great actors filling the roles. Some of the episodes are linked to other Star Trek series, kind of like the definitive history when talking Star Trek trivia. Others, stand on their own, like the one where a man is lost in space and time after a transporter accident - never aging nor experiencing the passage of time. What happens when he is revisited to try to rescue him? I don't want to spoil the surprise, but it wasn't what I expected! The disc set comes in the best packaging design yet for Star Trek - looks like some kind of fuel pack module. Similarly, the special effects look great! If you are a fan of Enterprise, and want to know what happened after the cliffhanger ending of Season 3, if you want to see more of Jolene Blalock, Linda Park, Connor Trinneer, Anthony Montgomery, Jeffery Combs, Scott Bakula and friends, if you want a DVD set that tells you where Commander Data comes from... then get this DVD set. One thing to note - this DVD set only has six discs, the last one with only two episodes on it, however, the boatload of special features make up for that deficiency.Read full review
I grew up with star trek and all of the spinoffs from the beginning in the 60’s i always thought i was born to soon and would have loved to live in the world of star trek but im old and i guess its just wishful thinking or just being a dreamer of what could be in our future. Anyhow im definately a fan season 4 was the one i was missing so now my set is complete like the othere 3 seasons four is just as crazy the crew of enterprise are worthy and sometimes funny but to me they continue to fight for whats right no matter the race sorry it wasnt coninued after season 4

Star Trek fans, like fans of just about anything, can be extremely critical. Before buying Season 4 of Enterprise, I did a little poking around, and I got the impression that the season was a dud. Half the episodes were OK, and half sucked. Apparently some people hated the way it ended. I still bought it, though. Having just finished watching all the shows in order, my opinion is that Season 4 is actually quite good. In fact, I liked the entire series. Were there a few things that made me groan? Yes. But there were "groaners" in ALL of the various Star Trek incarnations. In terms of attention to detail and sheer believability, nothing in my experience tops the various Stargates… SG-1, Atlantis and Universe. But Star Trek Enterprise was fun. And if you like lots of phaser-firing, there's more fighting in Enterprise than in all the other incarnations put together.Read full review
