Brand new book, just as described. Well packaged. Inside the packaging the book itself was sealed in cellophane. Flipping through the book, it appears absolutely authentic, unlike the reviews I've read about other Sellers' products (and I've worked with the DSM since the III-R, so I think I know one when I see one).
