Goods received not as pictured. The one I ordered was a passive cooling design. The one I received has a fan? I am not that far from the seller in Sydney. Using AU post this is a 2 day normally postage. The seller uses Sendle. These guys are the worst. They are always late at least to my area, you can't open a complaint with them until the expected time has expired. Their latest trick us to push the expect tine out so the complaint button is not active. Plus it was now in a AU post bag?????????
