Wore earrings for 4 days and lost a stone so started a claim. Unfortunately i was ill and in hospital at the time and buyer sent over 10 very rude & agressive emails demanding her money back, as she did not blieve I was in hospital, so when I came out, I sent her a photo of my hospital band and reported her to ebay.
