I had no problems with the seller, however the post office mis delivered the package. The post office was eventually able to retrieve the package and deliver it to me, thankfully, but only after it sat out in the rain for 24 hrs getting completely soaked! Yes, the item was new as described but now is not as I had to remove it from box to try and dry it out. That is why I’m only giving 4 stars versus 5.
