I buy this reel expecting to look as descried. the power handle came in as an accessory part along with the screw caps and lock ring. only to find out the black screw caps that came into the box do not fit the threaded gear arm. the black screw caps provided are much wider in diameter and I requested for the correct screw caps and I was denied a simple part. Do not buy this reel if hey cannot provide the correct screw cap to fix my issue.
