The post was for a new unit. I received a repackaged unit, with some of the fastenings missing. In addition, what I received was not what was PICTURED in the post.
I needed this yesterday. I'll keep it. I believe I'm due a partial refund. An open box return with missing parts, is not worth the same amount as a brand new in the box part.
