So.. I asked for the HOOVER ribbon to be shipped FLAT.. not rolled.. This is the second Hoover ribbon I've gotten... thankfully it arrived ok.. I was NOT happy you shipped like you did but I'll leave positive
feedback.. the last seller of the Hoover ribbon got a Neutral .. I asked to be shipped flat and he folded it and it destroyed the ribbon.. they Cannot be folded.. that's what causes them to tear and break.. it's real silk... and 85 years old at that.. Heed buyers warning next time.
