I avoided leaving feedback because I thought we'd worked out a compromise, but nope- in the end I got shafted here. Bought an item that the seller clearly knew was damaged, but they were pretty tricky about it with photo choice/description. Issues seemed mostly cosmetic at first so I agreed to a partial refund, but a few weeks later after further testing the item has turned out to have major faults and obviously now I can't do anything about it. Would not buy from this person again.

I had offered you a full refund or partial refund options, unit was working and in as photo condition before shipping I had not noticed any damage, severe damage occured during shipping which was stated by you as box was damaged, nothing more I could have done.
