Item listed as 3 3/4" but is actually only 2 5/8", or 70% of the size listed in the description. Artifact values are determined by many factors, and size is a major determining factor. I contacted the seller and after a couple of days the seller replied return for refund and offered no other solution, much less an apology. The problem with this is that if I return the item, I'll will have paid for shipping twice, spend money on gas to go to the post office, and time involved . . .
