This seller was very rude and aggressive towards me ! I wasn’t happy with the poncho and asked to return it ! I was accused of sabotage and called a liar! I’m not either.
I’m not going to return the item …. I would rather sell the poncho than revive abuse from them again ….. it’s very upsetting!

Contrary to your claims of receiving the parcel CW295202403FR only on March 5th, it was successfully delivered on March 1st according to Parcelforce, with photographic evidence. This discrepancy in dates allowed for use and damage the item. The item was brand new in perfect condition, confirmed by photos. Despite this, I regret the issues encountered. I take customer satisfaction seriously and seek to resolve issues fairly. Unfortunately, the available evidence does not not support your claims
