    The item was sold as a working unit, but arrived broken. It will not flow current under any circumstances. The packaging was not nearly adequate for something this size it was basically thrown in a box with a few pieces of bubble wrap and was able to move all over the place . That broke the plastic cover on the back, maybe why it is not working too. Reached out to the seller about it and did not get a response.
