BEWARE * OUT OF DATE ITEM 2020 4 YEARS!! I bought 2 identical items one is perfect one is rancid and so cloudy there is no way it wasnt noticed. Sellers dismissal and lack of messaging back was shameful expecting me to rectify their mistake once id explained my circumstances about getting p&p and getting to post office to return dodgy item. Nope stay away folks awful seller. So disappointed. Really upset as i paid straight away im a very decent 100% feedback buyer and seller.

You originally bought the items 2 for the price of one at £4.49 which includes free postage, you sent an email saying one was cloudy, I advised that you to open an item not as described case to get a full refund you refused this saying you should just be given a refund without having to send the items back. Then proceeded to send me abusive emails, threatening to give negative feedback. None of my L'occitane have expiration dates on them. All this over £2.25. Petty.
