You don't see how good a seller is, until something goes wrong. I can verify the autumn was sent, but it never arrived due to Australia Post losing! This seller was amazing, took the challenge head-on, checked all avenues to see what we could do, and realize nothing could be done. They fully refunded. No questions. Asked.
