Batteries were as described, but unfortunately they weren't able to be revived through charging. Seller stated up front he was unable to test them, and stated clearly "as is" and "no guarantee", so it's just a small gamble on my part. That is, they were priced appropriate to the risk (15 ea.). There's apparently a way of disassembling them to the component cells and reviving them, but it's a bit risky and above my paygrade. I might be able to resell them to someone who knows how to do that!
