Had to return shoes. Box said size 13. Size on tongue of shoe said size 12.5. Innocent mistake. Shoes didn’t fit. Seller paid for return shipping and gave me a full refund. Unfortunately, that was the last pair of shoes in stock, so Seller couldn’t swap for the right size. Otherwise, Seller was very responsive, helpful and reasonable.

It coasts more to get them delivered quickly, but that’s expected. The shoes came in their box with the bag that comes with the shoes. We will definitely look for this seller again when we are needing to buy again.
