The first one was MIA to the post office and the second one ended up spending some time in Atlanta. Through all this the company was on top of things making sure I got my part. In one response back to me I was told they ship between 100-150 packages a day but you wouldn't know by the response time and the communication!! It was so quick it seemed like I was the only one they were dealing with. I highly recommend. Oh and I love the product also.
