Very deceptive and misleading listing. Original listing is of HP OEM packaging product but we received compatible, open box products. Then the Seller revised their listing to remove the OEM packaging photo. The Seller was not cooperative in the return process, wanted to charge a restock fee when the error was on their end. The return case had to be escalated to Ebay for assistance with refund. Please use discretion when ordering from this Seller.
