By May 4, USPS had not received the item so I messaged inquiring as to whether or not it had shipped. No reply. Afternoon of May 5, seller cancels the order marking it "out of stock or damaged". I ask what happened. No reply. Now May 6 and still have not heard from the seller. I expected to receive this much needed item early this week...now have to start over with another seller.
