Package arrived initially requesting an additional shipping charge that I was told to pay. I had already paid a shipping charge so it was rejected. Package finally delivered over a week later. Issue was on the seller. They printed a Ground shipping label and put it in a Priority Mail box. If I were less adept and informed I may have been scammed. Be wary.
